Restaurant General Manager

Responsibilities :

Manage the day to day restaurant operations which includes the following:-

· Ensuring smooth operations in accordance with the planned sales projection and manpower scheduling

· Ensuring products are prepared with highest hygiene and safety standard and compliance

· Managing costs and operational expenses, by ensuring a healthy stock level of raw materials and supplies, and minimising wastage

· Providing guidance and coaching to team members, creating a positive working environment and a happy culture

· Create a customer experience that delivers the promise of the 4Fingers brand

Requirements :

· Individual who is hungry for progress and have a passion for delivering awesome customer experience; love interacting with people, and in creating memorable service experience

· Love the adrenalin and excitement of running a fast-casual store

· Have strong business sense in managing the stores independently and within the 4fingers branding & frameworks and driven to win

· A strong leader who is able to build amazing, motivated teams

· Have at least 5 years’ experience managing a restaurant
