Responsibilities :
Manage the day to day restaurant operations which includes the
following:-

Ensuring smooth
operations in accordance with the planned sales projection and manpower
scheduling

Ensuring products
are prepared with highest hygiene and safety standard and compliance

Managing costs
and operational expenses, by ensuring a healthy stock level of raw materials
and supplies, and minimising wastage

Providing
guidance and coaching to team members, creating a positive working environment
and a happy culture

Create a customer experience
